Returns

If a piece isn't right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in usable, resalable condition with their original packaging where possible.

To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number, and we'll guide you through it. Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items may not be eligible for return once opened, unless they arrived faulty. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
